The Primavera Group provides a wide range of cloud-based solutions that encompass invoicing management, accounting and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software, among others, aimed at small and medium enterprises in Portugal, Spain and Africa, with strong use by accounting professionals.
The technology group has more than 24,000 client accounting offices, which are a historical market for Cegid.
In the Iberian Peninsula, these solutions join those already marketed by Cegid for Retail, Fiscalization and Human Resources professionals, in particular with the Cegid PeopleNet and Cegid Talentsoft products.
The merger of the Primavera Group and Cegid will allow it to accelerate its growth, especially internationally, with solid development prospects in Latin America, where Cegid has a strong presence.
