Mara Cancune is a Mozambican entrepreneur dedicated to human development and professional training. With a degree in Human Resources Management from the Higher Institute of Science and Technology of Mozambique (ISCTEM) and a master’s degree in Business Administration and Management from the Polytechnic University, Cancune has an academic background that has propelled her on her professional path.
Mara Cancune is currently Managing Director of CharbanúRH, a company specializing in human resources consultancy and training. CharbanúRH offers services such as human capital consultancy, HR management outsourcing, training for young people wishing to enter the job market, training for employees in attitudes and behaviour, development of institutional policies, recruitment and selection, organizational climate diagnostics, among other processes aimed at developing organizations’ main resource.
In addition, Mara plays an active role in the National Association of Young Entrepreneurs (ANJE), where she chairs one of the departments. Her participation in ANJE demonstrates her commitment to youth entrepreneurship and economic development in Mozambique.
