A statement said that in Washington, the Minister of Economy and Finance is expected to attend the meeting of the High Level Working Group on Global Financial Architecture with African Ministers of Finance, Planning and Economic Development.
Max Tonela will also, hold bilateral meetings with managers of several international financial institutions, with highlight to the chairman of the Board of Directors of Afreximbank, the executive director of the African Group 1 Constituency, and with the executive director of the African Development Bank and representative of Mozambique in the institution.
The Minister of Economy and Finance will also take part in the Annual Meeting on Scaling Up Action on Disaster Risk Reduction.
