The aim, the statement said, is the development and implementation of joint actions that contribute to making Mozambique a preferred tourist destination and identify areas of mutual interest, with a view to developing responsible, sustainable and accessible tourism for all.
Through this memorandum, APIBA and its members will be able to use, in their activities and events of a tourist nature, the Mozambique Brand, in their promotional materials.
Among these actions are the joint organization of tourism promotion events, the participation of alcoholic drinks producing and importing companies in FIKANI, the Mozambique International Tourism Fair organized annually by INATUR, and the promotion of the Mozambique brand, among others.
Marco Vaz Dos Anjos, Director-General of INATUR, and Hugo Gomes, Chairman of APIBA, were the signatories of this memorandum, signed in Maputo, at the Polana Serena Hotel.
