Director

A PRI está a recrutar um Director (m/f), para Maputo, em Moçambique.

Duties:

• Coach and supervise managers of programs for timely delivery of results, internal reports and corporate measurement.
• Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with relevant in-country stakeholders to secure their support as needed.
• Support and supervise provincial teams to ensure that plans of project activities in the provinces and districts are well understood and supported by all concerned.
• Review and approve expenditures to ensure that projects’ activities are being implemented in alignment with the plans and budget.
• Manage and review the accuracy of technical papers, reports, articles on best practices and success stories.

Requirements (Director)

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Political Sciences, HR Management, Community Development, Humanitarian Studies or relevant (Master’s preferred).
• 7+ years of relevant experience working on large-scale projects with responsibility for all aspects of operations including HR, Finance, and Humanitarian, Social and Community Development.
• Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English and Portuguese.
• Strong people management skills with ability to quickly address performance and/or behavior issues.
