Nacala Logistics strengthens coal transportation logistics capacity

Nacala Logistics has announced the acquisition of 200 new HL6 wagons from the Chinese companies Qiqihar and JSPL – Jindal Steel of India, as part of its efforts to strengthen its logistics capacity in coal transportation. The first 100 wagons have landed at the Port of Nacala.

The CEO of Nacala Logistics expressed his excitement at the arrival of the new wagons, highlighting the importance of this milestone for the company. He emphasized the company’s ongoing commitment to providing high-quality logistics services and its readiness to face the challenges of the market.

With these new investments, Nacala Logistics aims to consolidate its position as a leader in the coal transportation business. Currently, the company already has around 105 locomotives and 2,852 wagons in its assets, including those recently acquired, just for the coal sector.
