ENGIE Energy Access Mozambique Reaches 100,000 Customers

The company announced its latest achievement, and the launch of its new product offering MySol, a home solar system with increased capacity to accommodate coolers, 42″ TVs and up to 15 lights to generate a better life for customers.

The event was attended by local dignitaries including the Deputy Minister of Energy, Antonio Saide, the PCA of ARENE (Energy Regulatory Authority), Paulo Graça, the General Manager of Vodafone M-Pesa Mozambique, Tawanda Gota and several other guests.

On the occasion, Emidio Amadebai, General Manager of ENGIE Energy Access Mozambique highlighted ”we managed to reach this milestone of 100,000 faster than any other player in the sector.”

Amadebai highlighted the important role of partnership with organizations such as Vodafone M-Pesa M-Pesa Mozambique, FUNAE, FAZER/GIZ, BRILHO/SNV, and many more, which have helped in the company’s success in Mozambique so far.
