First National Bank (FNB) Mozambique launches trio of digital channels to simplify banking operations

First National Bank (FNB) Mozambique has announced the launch of new digital channels aimed at simplifying banking operations and offering convenience and security to its customers. The trio of channels includes an app, Internet banking and a new website, designed to offer a more intuitive and harmonious banking experience.

According to the institution’s press release, the new solutions have been developed using cutting-edge technology and are primarily aimed at offering simplicity and convenience to the bank’s customers. Access to the FNB On application is via facial recognition and fingerprint, guaranteeing additional security, while maintaining the traditional option of entering a PIN for customers who prefer it.

Sansão Monjane, director of Digital Banking and Information Technology at FNB Moçambique, emphasized the advantages brought by the new digital channels, highlighting the security offered, the possibility of customizing the display of content and the simplicity of daily operations, such as opening savings accounts and transfers to mobile accounts.

For Maria José Gonçalves, Operations Director at ebankIT, the company responsible for the platform adopted by FNB Moçambique, the adoption of this technology puts the bank in a prominent position in the market, competing with other banks for its unique offer and the high level of security of its solutions.

With the launch of these new digital channels, FNB Moçambique is reinforcing its commitment to offering innovative, quality banking services in line with the needs and expectations of its customers.
